GlimKind is a well-being companion app that helps you build gentle habits around movement, recovery, and rest. By using GlimKind you agree to these terms.
Not medical advice
GlimKind is designed for general well-being, habit support, and personal reflection. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information when creating an account.
Subscriptions and payments
GlimKind may offer optional paid subscriptions or purchases through the App Store. Prices are shown before purchase, and billing is handled by Apple.
Refunds
Purchases made through the App Store follow Apple's refund policies. You can request a refund from Apple through your purchase history.
Virtual items and decorations
Decorations and other virtual items are cosmetic, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
Apple Health data
GlimKind reads health data such as steps, active energy, heart rate, and sleep only with your permission, and only to power app features. See our Privacy Policy for details. You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings.
User content
You keep ownership of content you create in GlimKind. You agree not to submit unlawful or harmful content, and we may remove content that violates these terms.
Changes and termination
We may add, change, or discontinue features over time, and may update these terms. If we make material changes we will provide notice within the app or on this page.
Limitation of liability
GlimKind is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
